I give this Tim Hortons a two store because their customer service is horrible for new customers it seemed as if regulars were treated amazing and newer customers that they didn't know were given a cold shoulder. They also did not have certain kinds of donuts and the timbits that they give me or stale the ice cap was watery and there was food all over the place it definitely needed cleaned up.

Took my granddaughter for a treat she enjoyed the product. Did not like that employees were flirting with another customer and made us wait.

I witnessed a supervisor on second shift screaming at a coworker that seems like had mental issues. Not only was it extremely unprofessional to scream at someone like that but in front of customers. I just can’t believe that Tim Hortons would hire someone like that. I don’t know the whole situation but no one deserves to be screamed at like that especially when it’s clear they have mental issues and especially not by a supervisor. It was utterly disgusting.

I had gotten a egg and cheese bagel a week ago and it was delicious, got one today and it was old . The eggs were starting to turn green. It smelled liked old eggs that were in the refrigerator. Just my luck.
