I have been here for 6 years,When Jazmin got to this property I prayed that she stayed this place was in shambles cars that didn’t belong here she removed them, she had the gates fixed..Everywhere you look is cleaner..She even got a new garbage compactor..Sofia is very nice.If I need something fixed she sends one of the Maintance guys and it gets fixed..kudos to the new team…Ladies tu Rick..😃Grace….

I’ve lived here at Chelsea Commons for three years and have seen this property transform since Jasmin and Sofia taken over. They have made sure the grounds of the property is well kept, removed junk cars, replaced compactor and fixed the front gate. They also make sure that work orders are completed within 24 hours. They power wash the breezeways and sidewalks at least every other month. The maintenance guys are great as well. I enjoy living here and have no complaints! Jasmin and Sofia are very helpful and I’m happy they actually care about the property and the residents!

I love living here and the property manager really cares about the residents. The maintenance tech and grounds keeper really keeps the property looking great.

They have inconsistent rates. I have a 2/2 and my friend is in a 3/2 and pays $100 plus less in rent. My friend is not receiving an governmental. We have both been there for 6 years and her rent has never increased, while every year mine increase by $40-50. I'm five months into my new lease, which expires in Sept. of 2021 and they are trying to raise my rent by $75, in the middle of my FIXED lease.
