A Florida Direct Car Transport

Not recommended. Their website looks good and they claim door to door service but when my cars arrived home the transport company basically assigned a pickup location that was convenient for them near major highway so they would not be delayed. I had 2 cars to move and with only 1 person to help me it took 1 1/2 hours to get both cars from the drop location to my home. Don't believe their website advertising.

Martha although we have done business with you before, we are now having a very negative and unfavorable experience. You said our car was being shipped by Calvary Auto Transport in Palm Beach Fl. and that Greg Walker was our driver. We tried to contact him several times to find our where our car was and the last several times he did not answer his phone nor did he call us back. This trip should take 3 to 5 days It is now 11 days and if he has taken the weekend off, Monday June 4 will be 13 days and still no word of our car. It seems to me service should be much better than this even with the new regulations. This was a bad choice of a transport company for which we had to pay in full up front before delivery and we don't even know where our car is nor can we contact the transport driver The public should take note of this review.
