We where checking in and the power went out we have a little girl who is in a wheel chair. And we are on the third floor whit no elevator. No power all night and no power this morning. I was carrying my little girl down the stairwell and when I went through the door it was pitch black in the stairway. No emergency lighting nothing At all.not a good time. I know it isn't the hotels fault about the power but not having emergency lights in the stairway is inexcusable. Someone need to address this issue with the state regulators or Osha.

Staff were attentive and respectful. Room was clean and is well maintained. Shuttle service from lobby to shops would be very helpful even though walk is only 10 min.

The Olympic village inn was perfect for our ski vacation at Palisades. It was close enough to walk but also provided a shuttle to make it easier. They stored skis. The in room kitchens made it easy to cook a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes and make sandwiches to take with us for lunch. The staff was very friendly and communicative. The hot tubs were a wonderful bonus to soak our sore muscles. I will definitely stay here again.

Extremely clean and staff was fantastic. The ski/snowboard check was extremely convenient and the shuttle ran all day. Would 10/10 recommend due to proximity to the mountain, the overall price and the amenities. We plan on staying here again next year.
