It definitely depends on size and placement. Also color usually cost more then black and white but depends. My fix on a tattoo the side of a hand and a half was 600$

We asked about our 15 yr old son and they said yes with birth certificate, id. You should call and make sure. We didnt end up taking him for other reasons.
