It’s very unprofessional service, I was ask a simple question and every person said do online, you don’t know why people come in the office ?everyone there can not help you a bit, the funny thing they send me a survey link, you don’t need a survey about your organization service it’s already bad, I wish the management will be change soon..

Another government agency with no oversight or recourse for the people when they get it wrong. We shouldn’t be punished for what the caseworkers don’t do! And when we come in they’re rude. The first person I spoke with was extremely rude about me being hearing impaired.
