Does not answer phone after midnight called for 3 hours and nothing

I used AAA to call a tow service the Driver was very unprofessional very rude made me and my wife push the car out the parking spot I ask him to tow the car he kept pushing the push to start trying start the car I told him that was not problem them tryed jump the car off I told him it was my starter he kept telling me that's not the problem I told him I just want my car towed to My mechanic after me and my wife push the car out the parking lot to line car up behind his truck I asked him why did we have to push our car out park spot and that was his job he got very rude and told us he didn't have to tow it I told him he didn't have to tow it he left the car sitting in the middle of the road a few villagers who saw the whole thing helped me push it back in the lot and to make matters worse I call AAA to report what happened he lied and made a false report saying we threaten him I would never use this company ever again advise any of my friends and family not to either
