Overall I was very satisfied with my experience at Anicira as everything went well and as expected. I just scheduled a drop off appointment to get my dog checked up and everything went well with her and the staff and everyone working there was very nice and efficient at what they do. Attend my dog well and effectively. I have also gotten my dog surgery here before a couple years ago and while it was an emergency they were quick and efficient to get my dog back to being healthy.

My dog suffers from severe allergies. His previous vet didn't really help so I decided to try Arnica. My husband and I walked in there and there were 4 people behind the front desk. No one greeted us or acknowledged us. I thought this is not good I hope I'm not making a mistake coming here. We approached the front desk and gave our info. The Vet and her 2 assistants were great, she explained and gave me more info than my dog's previous Vet of many years had. We came up with a plan and Meds and I'm really hopeful that this will work. I just really urge you to train your staff on customer service. A welcome and smile goes a long way.
