Worse experience with customers service ever , nobody wants bad customer service , but if you do, please visit this place , you will not be disappointed , I took two different pieces of equipment in two different occasions , both instances was very bad , really hope the owner pay attention of what's going on with his locations. I'm really disappointed.

Bought a pto switch for my mower as the blades just stopped working while I was on a job. This was the closest repair shop. Guy with the beard was very nice and helpful young lady was very respectful but I’m assuming this was the owner I was trying to get help finding the fuses from on my mower so I could buy what I needed to fix it and was told I’ll fix it for 100 bucks. I stayed calm cause I’m very laid back but after thinking about him telling me I’m not going to tell you so you can fix it yourself made me feel very put off. I was on a time crunch and they where busy so I was trying to buy the parts from them so I could get back to my job. Needless to say I left feeling like I should have been treated with a bit more professionalism. I’m handy and don’t want to pay someone to do what I can do for myself. I just wanted to know what part I needed so I could get back to work. I left due to the way I was treated and never got to finish what I was working on due to this response. I would have bought everything I needed to fix it myself but I left cause I will not support someone who treats you like the only way you can get help is to have them do it or get no help at all. Not cool. I won’t be coming back for this reason alone. I’ve been to plenty of shops and have been told what to buy without this kind of a hustle. I’ll just stick to the mowers inc. they have no problem telling me what’s up and what I need to get the job done. Wasted my time here. Update on this, mowers Inc. helped me find the issue and it was a wire close to the pto clutch that was pulled apart it took mowers Inc a few seconds to find and I spent I spent 7 dollars on the part I needed to fix it. Should have just waited for mowers Inc. to open instead of going to this place.
