Absolutely no problem at all getting our drivers license here. Walked in, no waiting and service was very fast and friendly. The ladies here were awesome!

The IRS, the dentist, the DMV are places that usually bring up thoughts of dread and revulsion. Some of those shall remain so. The Levy county Tax Collectors office in Bronson is not one of those places. What a wonderful group of people. I had to jump through some hoops to re-aqire my CDL after some unnecessary drama in my life and do a change of address as well. A young lady named (forgive me if your reading this and I get it wrong) Sol Marie helped with a big smile a calming attitude and very good understanding of how the system works. I walked out of that office with a big smile on my face. I am actually looking forward to going back. No trouble of course, maybe just an endorsement or a tax payment because I know I will always live in Levy County. God Bless Y'all and God Bless the USA.

Called to make appointment in case needed for renewal of Drivers License. Got to speak to a real person who was Friendly and Helpful when asked about appointment, even with the Information that's required which I already have on hand ready for visit to the office. I try to meet with employee's of anyplace as if I was employed there, because in reality I am a employee regardless where I work and understand when doing job that may or may not deal directly with a customer(s) or individual(s) especially when employment involving Hotel/Lodging, Food Service/Restaurant, Retail/Shopping, etc. Have A Great Day! I wasted about 2 hours on the phone trying to sort out how to get a Florida driver's license to replace my out-of-state license, their phone service is apparently trash, and in both times that I finally got through, I was put on hold, and then somebody else picked up the phone, said she couldn't hear me, and hung up on me. These people just wasted my time.

I'm pretty sure you still get the decal the day you turn in your paperwork. Last time I was down there and got a handicapped card for my mother in law it was $25. COVID may have changed some of this but it's unlikely.
You must go to a tax collector or dmv in your respective county.
Yes regular hours Mon thru Fri
