They are all such nice ladies there, they were busy because it is the first of the month but they never rush to get you out and they all kept calm and very helpful.

They do have you wait outside, 3 people allowed only. Time lapse of 20 minutes. Went in and was taken care of ASAP. But, in the heat and for people with disabilities this isn't a good look. Having a place to sit, cooling misting tubes outside, or some form of keeping people out of the weather is important. Plus, noticed 1 person just making small talk with one of the workers. Not a good look with customers waiting....
