Went in for minor repair (cone replacement). They did replace it (at no charge) and Dana offered to help to schedule appointment in less than 10 days to work with the warranty end date. She was pleasant, over the top helpful and willing to accommodate. a total 5 star!

I was referred by a local ENT office, for a hearing test. From the moment I called the first time, the attention I received was very good. They gave me different options for the appointment time. They promptly mailed information prior to my appointment, which I had ready. I failed to get the name of the reception assistant, but she was very pleasant. Dr. Hooper listened to and addressed all my concerns. He was very knowledgeable. He explained every procedure, and caring performing them. He also explained in detail, my results and asked if I had questions. I was very pleased and highly recommend this office.
