Went in to have one tire changed 3 hours later they changed the wrong tire service guys blame it on the desk, desk acts like it's not their fault. I'm out of 150 bucks. The only explanation I got was the other one was leaking, on the receipt they handed me there's a disclaimer that says they don't touch any other tire than what is coming in for service....

It's not because it cheaper that's cannot be organized. My feeling is that they want volume, but cannot deal with that many cars. They don't answer phones, they don't follow an agenda. I had an appointment to change the tires and arrived 15 minutes before. Three hours later and still waiting with a lot of people in line. There is just one person that takes 15 minutes to attend. This is so disrespect to others time. Why you schedule an appointment if you cannot comply with? Just change two tires, but it's hard enough to do it in the time scheduled.

Arrived at 630amso could get in early at 700am was first in line they opened at 700am I checked in only one tech on duty he was sent to move batteries another tech arrived moved second car to tire bay I was told he had appointment they do not give appointments on oil changes it was 740 am by then took my keys back and left very very customer service thank you Billy

Had oil change. Great job
