It’s a tight space with no organization as to who was in line or not making it difficult for me and my service dog to maneuver around, then I was expected to come back to the counter to get my to go order while holding two drinks and controlling my service dog thru the crowd, every Culver’s I’ve been to they bring it to you. I would rate a two star but I gave the third for the food that tasted good.

While hubby is was in surgery at the hospital ( Good Samaritan Hospital) in Mt. Vernon, Illinois , I went through the drive-thru and ordered the Great Alaskan Cod Fillet with fries and Pepsi. I went back to the hospital to eat my food. The fish was cooked to fast and it wasn’t done. I ended up throwing it away and eating only fries and drinking my Pepsi. The cook rushed my order, this was right when opening and there wasn’t a lunch crowd yet. There was no reason my food was half done. I couldn’t take the food back nor go back. I was out if damn near $10 for fries and a drink.

Just okay, kind of slow, no paper towels in the restroom. Order was correct and food was hot, cashier was friendly.

Service was quick, friendly, and professional. Food was delicious. Cheese curds cooked perfectly and were not overdone. One of the best mushroom and Swiss burgers I have had in a long time.
