Office of paradise Houston call the office and find out if they will accept a tiny home on a trailer but it is very nice here.

Do you allow class A RVs ? And if so for how long?
You pay to live there.If you snowbird like we do it is 6 months pay at full rate then 6 months just lot rent when you leave plus storage if you leave a vehicle in the storage area.Yes you do buy or pull a travel trailer in for the season.They do have trailers for sale too.
What all does the lot rent cover and is there a pool or other amenities? And saw where some places there may be up for sell do you know for how much they are selling for? And is the park safe?

The park is very safe,the lot rent covers everything but propane and cable / Wi-Fi the homes are privately owned
Do you have internet? Is public transportation near by? Is the park open all year? Beside the lot rent and electric is there any other charges would I have?

Internet isn't available to all sites you will have to get propane to they do have a local company that delivers but the deposit is expensive I think but it is available.
Do you have any sites with an RV (Furnished) already set up for rent? If so what would be the monthly rent

How much space is there around each lot (like I'm wondering how close together the RVs might be to each other)? & how many lots are there altogether, at Paradise Travel Trailer Park? Is any of the site for recreational use only (walking trails,etc)?

The lots vary but all come with a picnic table and most have storage sheds .
In oct- Apr we have bingo and dominoes, cornhole and community get togethers.
