Food was good, but the manger Dan was so unkind we us, he came when we started to scream because we have a cockaroach in our table, he grabbed it with a paper and said anything . I fell so unappreciated he didn’t even bother to say sorry or anything. The only thing he said was it’s been raining. Cero customer costumer service skills , fell sooo sick after .

The manager is disgustingly rude and unprofessional. She should be fired given her poor manners. She shouts at client and put this restaurants below the Naples area standards.

Great BBQ. Fried pickles were very tasty with a cilantro ranch dip. I had a sandwich with Texas toast that was delicious. The fresh cut fries were over cooked and the coleslaw was okay. I’ve had better. Our server was very nice. The manager on duty made her rounds and made a point to talk to us. My hubby had the two meat dinner. The sausage was amazing and he liked the brisket.

We've been several times around 5:30 and have had to wait for very little time. The restaurant is large with quite a bit of seating.
Not very big place, but it is off season. I would call restaurant directly.
