Probably the only place with real history besides the castle! All the people there, at the gift shop and the information desk, were extremely nice and helpful!

First time in St. Augustine and I didn't use the parking garage. But I didn't see any traffic jam around there.
Parking in garage at visitors center 15.00 dollars for day. If you leave you can not re-enter garage unless you pay again....46.00 for trolley. There is more parking available with meters. Hope this helps
I agree with erinbear100. Find yourself a good neighborhood and park. Try to arrive early in the morning to do this.
There is a parking garage but not at the visitor center. I would call them and ask for parking suitable for your vehicle.
Not heard anything about this. All places seem to b staying busy
Both are good and you can hop on and hop off wherever you decide according to your interests. You can buy tickets at the Visitor Information Centre and they have different options with discounts, and access to different places included.
