Deliberately poor customer service. It’s not that it seems like they are against you - no - they actually are against you, from the system, to what they tell their agents, to how they allow customers to be treated by their employees. They tried to rebrand with “xfinity” but everybody knows it’s still Comcast. Hey - folks up top - this kind of attitude makes customers go out of their way to write 1 star reviews and use competitors. Like me.

Hi... i don't really what is going on but, you can try to restart your phone... to make a call is depend to your company of your cell phone like T.Mobile, Verizon, At&t etc... u have to go to see your phone company! Thanks!

You can return anything that's comcast property.
There should be a 3.5mm female port on the back of your Comcast box. Plug in the 3.5mm male from ir blaster to that port (should look like headphone jack).
