My husband tailor ordered this ring 1.5 years ago and today when I was checking it (as I do every dat) it was slightly cracked. I have not once dropped it and for those that know me, I treat it with utmost care. Just 1 hour after the first photograph, the piece physically fell off and I cannot obviously wear it. @princessbridediamonds is refusing to take any accountability for it and says there is no insurance or that they will fix it. Upon first arrival to Germany, my husband had to deal with a lot of issues when it was shipped, because they sent the ring with missing papers and it got stopped at border control, almost late for the proposal date… Very disappointed and just wanted to let everyone here know, because I recommend strongly against it given this post sales customer service.

If I could give Princess bride diamonds 10 stars I would they are the most Honest trustworthy people that own this jewelry store. Princess bride diamonds reputation is impeccable. I’ve been with Princess bride diamonds for over 40 plus years trust me Iam not giving my age away, they have been my jewelers for all those years and would not go to any other jeweler than Trans and Lisa owners of Princess bride diamonds all of my jewelry and chains, rings, earrings has been purchase from them they have created for me a one of a kind wedding ring. They created my mother anniversary rings which I still have. I just don’t have enough fingers or ears to wear what I have Purchase from them. The diamonds and gold are top quality you can never go wrong purchasing from these Jewelers. If You need a repair on your gold you will always know it’s top quality trust me I am the most pickiest person you’re fine and they have never let me down all these years on any repairs. I never give reviews but with this company I broke one of my rules because people need to be able to trust their jewelers and there are very hard to fine and here in Huntingtin Beach we have one of the best jewelers in our city.

My fiance and I went and looked at rings together at a handful of places in Southern California and Princess Bride was the best place we went to and where he got my ring from. We wanted to go with a moissanite stone and Dallas absolutely understood us. He was the only person we went to who actually asked what stone we wanted. Dallas gave us so much information and made the experience not only educational but genuinely fun. Other places scoffed at our choice to not go with diamonds and he completely embraced it. By far the best ring shopping g experience we had. Gorgeous rings, patient and friendly people.

We absolutely fell in love with the Stephanie, and thought it might've been best to try to recreate it using a local jeweler, since it's scary to make such a big purchase online– is it legit? Will it measure up to expectations? Will it be worth it? But the price was enticing, and the lab diamond's stats measured up after weeks of researching everything we could about what to look for in a rock, and the reviews were overwhelmingly positive. I cried when I saw it for the first time– it is undoubtedly the most beautiful ring I've ever seen (and as a wedding photographer, I see a lot of rings). Literally could not be happier :')
