I love that they have a bat πŸ¦‡ house so the mosquitoes 🦟 are not so bad in the area

Trail was nice but very short. The river was very murky but I happened to go near it and saw a gator’s head popping out. I wish there were signs to watch out for gators too!

Just a nice little walk along the river. One of the few places around that allows dogs.

As long as you have a fresh water license. There's no signs saying you can't.

Hard to say. There are signs that say no dogs. There addres also signs that day remember to clean up after your dog. Some people had their dogs with them.

Is any of it wheelchair accessible?

Assuming you're starting at the cul-de-sac end, and not by the driveway where the bats and beehive are. You could take a wheelchair on the shell gravel and follow the trail to the right (west) and there are wooden boardwalks. Going left (east) at the fork is not wheelchair friendly. Also the grounds by the bees and bats and butterfly garden are ok if you're in a wheelchair.
