I had driven an hour to have CSV take a look at the carpet attachment of my canister vacuum because it seemed to have the motor go out. I was told it was going to be $80 to take apart and clean the vacuum and then any other parts would be extra, which was fine with me. I received a call from them 2 days later with the news that they were not able to get a new part to fix the vacuum, which I completely understood. I then went back to pick my vacuum up because it still worked fine with the hardwood floor attachment and I didnt have money to purchase a new one at the time. I got there and they did not charge me the $80 because they were not able to fix the vacuum but they did try to sell me a new one on the floor. Now a couple days later I go to use the vacuum and the whole thing will not turn on or work. I called the company to ask about this and the only thing they had to say was "we told you that you needed a new motor." However when I dropped it off it worked perfectly fine- despite the carpet attachment. After going back and forth with the sales man, I asked for a manager and he came back to tell me they were going to speak with the tech and call me back. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN! I would never step foot back in this store, broke my vacuum and didnt want to own up to it! SHAME ON YOU!

Went in looking to purchase embroidery machine. We were helped very quickly, the staff was knowledgeable and they explained everything thoroughly. Very pleased.

Awful, Just Awful- Rude and Arrogant! I brought in my expensive machine that I had purchased there. Was given an estimate of $69. Bill actually costed $130. I paid it, got home and the machine scratched up my brand new floor, and the "check brush" light came on, and the suction was just gone. I lugged it back in on the next day, spoke with Scott Lapham - owner, and not once did he apologize, or even seem concerned about any problems I was having. Any store with customer service knows to listen to the customer , and address the concerns--Not this guy! He was so arrogant, and condescending . I told him I wanted to speak with him personally before I wrote a bad review. He said " I don't care about reviews." All he did was make excuses for everything! The only reason this store is still open is because they are the only game in town. Stay away, Stay away!-- He does not deserve your business. It is well worth the drive to Gainesville to be treated with kindness and concern.

Took my Janome machine in for service and WOW! SO worth the 45 minute drive! Excellent service. So knowledgeable and helpful. They completely over delivered on my expectations. A terrific experience all around.
