The park is fun and the trails are even better. I love it here i been living here since i was a new born baby and now im here again and it's ten times better. You can walk around or behind the apartments to explore different sections. The rainbow park is exciting hang around. Laurel Villas is a very clean community and pet friendly. We have routine inspection so that maintenance can fix or replace things. We get updates about new events and ongoing events. The staff and supervisor of the complex are fantastic.

They do not. Deland Housing needs to update their website. They work out of a waiting list and as far as I know its closed. They have units with vouchers. But they do not accept units with vouchers. Once you move, and you happen to have one of those units with vouchers, you can use your voucher and move somewhere else.

Yes, it is. They operate with a waiting list and it only opens every year in January. The wait time its around 2 years.
Only the 2 or 3 bedroom and for pets you need put a deposit and pay monthly for the pet and their weight max is 25 pounds
Unfortunately there are no units available...There is a wait list and the waiting time is approximately about two years or more...The application process opens up sometime every year in January..
