Bad experience!!!!! Don't go to this place to eat. I ordered at 7:51pm got to the lobby at 8:16pm waited until 9:20pm and when I asked to check on my order they said they were going to just make it now. It was past 1h and 26 minutes... No one is at the front desk and employees don't care about their clients. They don't know what order is next and the ticket machine was out of paper. Didn't realize until a lot of people started to complaining about their orders. These employees are lost and don't know want their doing. One employee asked me 3 times what my order was are you serious?? WORST PAPA JOHNS I EVER GONE!! Will not be coming their AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Today must have been an off day. I had a pick up order fir 4:00 and when I arrived they were just putting the pizza in the oven. Normally the pizza is ready at the pick up time
