The food was fantastic! But I also wanted to comment on the service. Every person that I dealt with were absolutely great! The greeter that sat us down at a table, getting chips & dip as soon as we sat down, to our order, drinks, food, refills & asking if we needed anything else. There was plenty on my plate as well. I had to get a "go container" because I couldn't finish all my food, which was delicious! I recommend this restaurant for the entire family 💯💕

I can't believe I lived in Boone for two years before we made the drive to Pablanos. This was definitely the best Mexican food we have had since moving to the High Country. My wife and I decided to drive up to Mountain City instead of the same old places in Boone...we chose wisely! I think the kitchen lost our order, but the waiter eventually discovered the error and soon we were served. My only regret was eating too many chips while we waited. I had the Grand Quesadilla with shrimp and my wife had the Veggie Fajitas...both were outstanding....we will definitely go back.
