OneRestore to the rescue! I bought a new house that was completed 4 days before a storm hit, the storm caused a tree limb to break off and crash thru the roof. The damage my house sustained including broken struts in the attic, rain came thru the hole and damaged the ceilings, light fixtures, etc. What was I to do? Who do I call? Luckily I found OneRestore. They jumped into action, they quickly removed the tree limb, tarped the room and dried out the attic. After some planning, they quickly repaired the roof, attic struts and all the interior damage. The house looks brand new again! I would like to personally thank Mike and his wonderful staff for all the help they gave our family when we really needed it. Thanks Mike!

The synergy of One Restore’s Project Manager Amy Morgan along with her team Tbor and Aaron was impressive. They were highly professional and personable . With my background in customer relations, I view those winning qualities as paramount in representing the company’s core values. Amy would explain in detail the steps needed to accomplish the goal of repairing the damage and preventing future mold invasion. Tbor and Aaron worked diligently in carrying out the restoration process. I could see they took pride in their work. They were clean, polite and punctual. They had respect for each other’s expertise and a high regard for Amy as the Project Manager. It is apparent why my insurance company has included One Restore on the list of their preferred vendors.
