So, it's a smaller satellite office in my opinion. I got an excellent rate on a large Honda pick-up truck and the 2 people working there were helpful and nice although one seemed sort of new and a little stressed. I got overcharged about $13 but it was a miscommunication and I wasn't so worried about it that I even mentioned it. The vehicle selection isn't great, but to be expected at a smaller office. Vehicle was pretty clean, not perfect. I would definitely go back for the price alone.

Wasted my time! Went on a Sunday to rent a sedan or SUV and all they had ‘available’ were pickup trucks for an exorbitant price at that! The CSR told me without a reservation that’s all that was available. I then went online and made a reservation (sedans and SUVs were available to select on the site). When I went back in and showed him my reservation he insisted that they didn’t have any sedans or SUVs available and that I would have to pay extra to get a pick up truck even though I now have a reservation. On top of that he had a lot of attitude. I ended up having to postpone my trip by a day and rented with Hertz on Monday. Will not return to this Budget/Avis location.

Pick up was to be at 9:00 am. Had to wait while the 2 girls dealt with some jerk that was giving them a hard time. I finally got my car a left.
