Attention to store manager: My wife and I did some food shopping there last night around 8pm . We needed some deli items and I noticed one of your employees waiting on customers with a great attitude and very helpful to their needs. His name is James. We waited for our turn and he smiled at each customer making sure they they got what they ordered. When it was my wife's turn I was looking at cheese in a display in the middle of the aisle. I watched as he assisted my wife in her purchases and how respectful and helpful with her requests. I understand how hard it is to get good employees who care about customer needs. James is that person. Thank you Harris Teeter for hiring James In your deli counter! James is another example of customer excellence.

One of the nicest, well organized, clean and well managed grocery stores we have been in. I wanted a $8.99 lb salad, but by the time I added dressing it would have been $28.50 when weighed. Oh well- maybe next time.

A warning to anyone getting deli meat/cheese. Everything says the deli counter closes at 8. Nothing says last call is 7:02 but that's when they start shutting down and cleaning equipment they need to do their job. That's okay they'll cut your cheese on the meat slicer without cleaning it before or after though. Last I checked that was called cross contamination. As someone that is highly allergic to pork and can't make it to the store until 7:30 I guess I have more of a reason to be upset then most. But I just want cheese that won't land me in the ER. Change the hours or get your employees to do their job right. Knowing now that cheese has come in contact with the meat slicer I can no longer buy deli cheese here anyways. It's not worth the risk.
