We loved. I’d like to live there!
Lynn Holladay
I think the friendliest, kindest people live here. It is clean and people seem to be very active outdoors, swimming and picnicking

I am giving this place a 2 star only because of the guy at the front desk, Wally. He is very unpolite. Always has the worst attitude. I stayed there about 4 times and by my 3rd stay, I've learn to avoid him. If/when I have to go over to the office, I wait and speak to another staff member.

The staff an the place the bathrooms are very nice and clean. But.The pool was broke and it was $70 a night!! I think they should have refunded part of our money. Ive stayed at encore resorts befor. Very disapointed this time

None that they recommend
Not on the resort, but there is a public up the road in both directions, as well as a Walmart about 25 minutes away(depending on time of year, I've made it in 15). This is primarily for RV's and permanent trailer residences. Please check the waiting list for sites, it's quite long. Good luck, we love it there!
Judy will help you, she is great.
A 30 ft park modle would run about 2200 pr month.
Cable TV hook up.
Yes. Best to ride through the park and look for for rent signs.

I have several pest control customers in royal coachman that live here full time.
My recommendation is to call the office and get the facts and prices from them directly.
