This has been the worst experience with a car rental company. Englewood fl location is the worst. I rented car on Thursday of last week. Arrive knelt to find the car is not there nor do they even have it. Waited over an hour for a car that was not cleaned and smelled like smoke so bad. Returned a day early with full tank of gas and clean. Now 4 days later waiting on deposit was told the location does not have an office manager and that’s why it was not taken care of. What kind of excuse is that?? When you call no one never answers. I will NOT use this location again. Go see Alex at the Bradenton fl location on cortex rd. They are professional and work in timely manner. Englewood is a joke and I will be reaching out to corporate once again.

The jeep was clean and the people we nice. However having to book another car through hertz was inconvenient. I wish i could have drove this vehicle to the airport instead.
