Came in it 7pm when the carespot advertises that they close at 8. They refused to see my sick 5 year old child due to the Practitioner being "behind" on her day. My son even vomited in their office and they still turned him away. Very incompassionate and uncaring. It isn't our fault that their practitioner has poor time managementskills, and it shouldn't have effected the care that they have vowed to provide.

A total waste of time and money. Nurse was great, but doctor didn’t even do a physical exam. When pain is present generally you try to find out where and how bad. A pat on the back , some antibiotics, and advice that if it got bad go to the ER. If it wasn’t bad I wouldn’t have been at urgent care. $200 and no answers or help.

Yes they do, it is better to make an appointment.
You would need to call in with your insurance information. All insurances and copays are different. If you have been exposed to someone with covid, it's free.
I always pay $30 which is my co pay. I guess it depends on your insurance.
To my knowledge they still rattle sunshine health. My daughter use to have sunshine and they accepted it
I would call and ask them. As it is more for sickness and that type of treatment. But I'm sure they could recommend places. If suicidal they would recommend the local hospital. Or else there are several other doctors and clinics in the area. Clay behavioral is one of them. Best of luck!!!
