Update: 8/24/2022. Again…..this company is amazing to work with!! We closed up our shutters prior to a planned vacation starting 8/23/22 and discovered one that we couldn’t close and lock. I emailed Brian White on a Sunday night and I think this man must constantly be on top of communication, because he replied and stopped out the following morning to check out the shutter. It just needed an additional section and was fixed in just a couple of days!! Unfortunately we didn’t check our shutters earlier, but Brian took full responsibility and handled the situation. We understand that sometimes humans miss things and that is all this was…..it got skipped at install to make sure it actually closed and locked ok. What a pleasure it has been to work with top-notch people that truly care about their work and their customers! Original Review…… Very impressed from sales, customer service, install and the product itself. Harper’s kept us in the loop from the moment we contracted with them, to install date, inspection date and final details to final payment. We even referred our neighbors and they too are very happy! Communication is key and we had continued communication throughout the process. I highly recommend this company for hurricane shutters. We will be calling them for estimates on our pool cage when the time comes! Thanks to the entire team for walking us through the process and answering ALL of our questions. We’d give you 10 stars out of 10!
