My lower back went out and found the Office staff (Kim and Claudia) extremely sympathetic and helpful in scheduling me the next day, Dr. Holt presented herself as very knowledgeable and concerned. She seems to have identified the problem area and has presented a sensible plan of action going forward. I found her to be very impressive. At age 76, finding Doctors who are responsive and sensitive as well as competent is very important to my well-being.
