Al wants to thank Sunrise Humane Society for his annual Rabies vaccine! Hard to believe it was a year ago that we adopted Al and I am so happy to support such an amazing organization! Al is thrilled to now be off the street and living his best life!

The staff at Sunrise know there animals well, they are upbeat, and honest. Because of their knowledge about their dogs, and care provided, including shots, neutering, and chip I was able to get this wonderful 3 year old whose personality fits perfectly into my home. I will be forever grateful. Meet Bella, whose name we changed to Sandy.

The woman at the front desk was rude to me and I asked speak to a supervisor, she refused to get me one I asked again she refused again and had the nerve to say why don’t I call someone else and I said because I’m asking you to get me the supervisor and she hung up on me and then I called 15 times and she refused to answer. That is completely unprofessional and if she really thinks not answering the phone is going to stop me from reporting her to her supervisor SHE IS WRONG. You will be getting a formal complaint now. I rescued an animal and need to know if it’s diseased like animal control SAID it may be, because I have my own animals to worry about. I even offered to foster the animal if it’s not unhealthy and needing more than I can give it. For a facility that is so “overran” you’d think she would’ve cared even a little that someone was making an effort to help but no, she cut me off, refused to listen to me and then refused to help and when I asked for her supervisor she said no and then hung up and ignored my calls like a freaking toddler? This isn’t even the first time the girl who answers the phones was rude to me. She was rude to my husband once as well. I’m tired of this girl acting like this and it’s just ok. Looking through the reviews there are so many complaints about this girl why does she still have a job there? I’m pretty sure she said her name was Amber? I could be wrong, but she did say she’s the only girl that answers phones and sits at front desk. So that’s how I know every single one of these people is complaining about the same person I’m complaining about. Disgusting that you just keep her hired with no reprimand DR KITTAMS I know you know she’s an issue. People all over fort pierce have nothing nice to say about your facility because of HER. All the gossip and rumors are because of HER. People not returning because of HER. And it’s been an issue FOR YEARS and yet you do nothing to make her treat your customers with respect AT ALL?! I know I’m not the first one complaining, I know she’s had multiple complaints over the years and you’ve done nothing about it
