Service is nonexistent. I came here early on a Sunday and drove around for two hours looking for my grandmothers grave. There wasn’t anyone here to help us. The office was closed. This place is way too big to not have people readily there to assist you. Very annoyed and upset I had to leave without seeing my grandmother.

most of my family and my husband's family are buried here...we have been satisfied with our experiences here for years...however, a very upsetting thing happened this past Mother's Day. We were leaving my mom's grave and came upon a young man and his mother whose car tires were terribly stuck in the mud in an area towards the back of the cemetery. My 75 year old husband tried to help the young man to rock the car ,dig out the mud and put wood under the tires, to no avail. I drove and found other folks who were visiting a grave. I found a man and his son to come and help. Eventually, the three men were able to free the car.The reason I am writing this here is because the car that got stuck was in an area where the mother could pee without being seen!!! The bathrooms were CLOSED on Mother's Day!!! IMAGINE?????They were also closed when we went to visit family previously. This is really unacceptable as most people travel far to get to the cemetery. I truly hope this can be rectified ASAP..

Gate of Heaven should be ashamed of itself...this entire section is blighted with lichen (Section 38.355.5). Have never seen such disrespect and lack of care. And, my stone has been there for 50+ years. At least my stone face isn't marred as so many others...what a shame. Stop with the excuses and get to work up there.

I’ve never seen a cemetery not open until 9am and closes at 4. How can I see my loved ones if I work you know normal people work. At least stay open until 7pm and or open at 7am. So stupid.

You buy the plot in a Catholic cemetery you also get "perpetual" care. Nothing lasts forever, but that is as close as it gets.
Call them!
Yes, you can visit using the Mount Pleasant metro north station, and it is walkable. The train station is near the circular church, which is really something to behold. Proceed past that building to the rest of the cemetery.
Yes. I believe so. Call . They're open till 530 normally
You’d have to contact the two monument companies right by the cemetery. One is Polchinski monuments. They do that, not the cemetery office.
Yes
There are markers for sections in the cemetery…the office can help you more. First look for the section, then the grave.
I recommend Sir John’s in White Plains. Very large, friendly owner and good Italian food with bar.
Possibly. But I'm not absolutely sure. Best bet would be to call the office.
I'm guessing..maybe 20 or 30..its just huge and very peaceful and beautiful
I have no idea. You would have to call the office
The crypts are very expensive! The prices start at $9,000 and go up!
Yes
I had the same situation, couldn’t find the deed, which the funeral home needed. The office can give you a replacement deed, if you provide the info but you have to pay a fee.
Yes, I’m in the same situation and we both have columbarium niches. As long as one of you is Roman Catholic.
Section 25 people allways around please ask for help we love to help by the way I work there
No the gates are locked.
Yes, but you must supply the priest and need to clear it with the cemetery as well.
If you call them they could find out for you
