I live in TN. We have a small bead store in J. City but it is nothing like Cherry Tree. The people that work here are as good as their selection... I always wish I had bought more than what I did - I am like a kid in a candy store - I could spend hours here. The only thing that I wish - I wish you had another store in Weaverville (just a 50 min drive!!) Or, even better, one in Jonesborough- we NEED you and your store - open the field, c'mon over the mountain!! Thank you for making your store what it is!

I am truly saddened by the events that happened today..me and my friends where having a great day one of them it being their birthday. We walked Into the store looking at all the amazing items and I was looking at the glitter while they looked at the crystals, I got up and went to another isle to look at more stuff to buy then one of the workers very rudely walked up to my friends and told us to get out when we asked why she said that we had talked about stealing!! We tried to ask what she was talking about but all she told us was to get out. We are only kids so that’s why this doesn't make scene to me:(

This is a great store. I already liked it because of the quality, price, and selection, but I'm thrilled by the quality of the customer service. I reached out to them about a mistake on an order (I got the wrong kind of bead, which looks almost identical to what I ordered but wasn't the same as what I needed). Once they confirmed the order information, they immediately sent out the correct item with a prepaid shipping label so I could return the wrong item at zero cost to me. They even provided the new tracking before the conversation had ended. It was instant and friendly help with minimal fuss. It makes a big deal for me to ensure that I provide my customers with quality products specific to their needs, and some suppliers don't really care about that, but Cherry Tree Beads is good to their customers.
