the employees don’t respect the store hours, been waiting for 30 minutes there’s no one here. and they open at 8:30? worst store ever

I have been using their services for my Amazon returns for approximately 2 years. There are 2 new staff members, one a trainee and the other a male in his early 60’s. On Monday, I had a package to be returned and was told of the $2 tape fee. I was shocked, reclaimed the package and decided to wait until I received delivery of items this past week that I knew I would have to return. On Friday, I waited for a slow time to return 7 items to Amazon. I did my advance work on Amazon website, so all I has to do was get my mailing label for each, I put the orders in chronological order and brought tape. The man behind the counter looked at me and grumbled when it was my turn to have service. I have encountered him once before and he was rude then and has not changed. He managed to screw up the returns three times, intermittently made inappropriate comments about “why did I like to shop so much” and told me that I confused him. I chose not to respond to his gripes, except when he deliberately told me that I mis-packaged them after I told him that two items arrived in the same package. I was so thoroughly disgusted, my immediate reaction was to speak with the manager, but I think it is more effective to post my review instead! I have always found the store personnel to be helpful and cooperative until now! Perhaps, more training in manners and etiquette would help!

The hours for this store are literally always wrong. Not open again this morning.

Absolutely horrific customer service. It’s almost like they specifically look for the trashiest and most rude people to work here. 0/5 stars, wish i could give negative stars.
