They were once called Shingatsu. They didn't close down just a rebranding.
High quality. I recommend if you love seafood or dumplings. Also rolls, but personally their pork gyozas are phenomenal. :)

No, but we bring our kids all the time, they know how to accommodate them. Even our special needs child with food issues.
