If You don't want to suffer, the consequences go somewhere else. I'm not sure if it was bad luck, but it was terrible for me. I showed up there at 1:25pm. I was told their walking time is 2 hours wait. They called at 4:50pm to tell me they had a room available. So I went in and waited another 40 minutes. No more than 10 minutes with the doctor! Believe me, if you are in a lot of PAIN waiting, all this time is crazy. (Yes, I told them I was in a lot of pain) And to finish, they sent my prescription order to a Publix Pharmacy. Guess what! Publix never got the prescription order.. WHATTT. I called them, and the lady said she would check with the "provider" to resent the order!!! SOO waited for hours in pain and no medicine!!

Disorganized and very unsanitary. I was waiting very sick for over an hour, and they only called 1 name back. Many people walked out upset, me included. I left and went to affordable healthcare clinic, was seen right away due to my symptoms, and tested positive for covid. Feeling bad for everyone crammed in that waiting room shoulder to shoulder, now have been exposed to covid, due to their negligence of not getting me back or isolated right away. Not to mention their unfriendliness, and their mission statement being “extending the healing ministry of Christ”. Cherry on top being used tissues and masks on the floor and chairs. The guy who walked around made sure everyone had their masks pulled up and on, but didn’t seem to care about the contaminated tissues and masks everywhere. Will not return.

I will start out with a 1. Had an appointment at 10:40. It is now close to 11:45. And On top of that I am forced to listen to The View. I may or may not update later. So far not too pleased. Update: at 12:10 I went to the desk and asked how much longer I had to wait. I was told all the room were full and there was one person waiting in front of me. In the meantime a couple came in that thought they might have covid. They were sent to set in the waiting room with all of the other people to wait to be tested. No one came around and disinfected the furniture or hard surfaces while I was there. Ultimately, I walked up to the desk, asked for my money to be refunded and left

I literally just left this place and it is incredible how when you feel worried or sick someone can actually make you feel better. Amanda was so kind. She was talking to me and answering any questions I had. And I had a lot lol I basically just wanted to reach out because going to urgent care is not a trip to the park for no one and the great customer service was actually worth writing. Thank you very much Amanda
