Needed a defrost heat element for my refrigerator. Called multiple places with no answer. They picked up as soon as I called, verified my model number and whether or not they had the part in stock, and had it ready for me 25 minutes later when I got there. Friendly, efficient, and helpful. Would make this place my first call for future appliance parts.

Absolutely terrible experience. Our family got a refrigerator for us while our newborn was in the hospital with covid and after barely two weeks it stopped working. Since we were further than their delivery allowed we had to drive an hour 15 min to trade it in for another fridge. We paid an additional $100 for the 2nd fridge and after barely 3 weeks that fridge stopped working also. We’ve struggled to bring it back for repairs since our 3 month old has been in and out of doctors appointments. We’ve had to throw away hundreds of dollars worth of food at this point and wasted money on gas going back and forth. We’ve begged for a refund to no avail. So if you want to just throw your money away then this is the place to go!
