Went to store to return a item from eBay had preprinted shipping label and idiot that works there does not know how use shipping label so it cost me twice because of ignorant employees will never use another ups store

While it's a great place to mail things, and until today was my location of choice, I just found out they GOUGE customers by charging a minimum of $3.50 to print even just 1 page and don't offer a self service option. I'll be using FedEx, USPS, Office Depot or pretty much anywhere else from now on, or at least until they come up with something more customer service focused.

They advertise they open at 8AM on weekdays. I went at 8:30AM on a Tuesday and they were closed. No signs or information. Total waste of time.

No, you do not need an appointment to return AT&T equipment.

No charge for return and you can even get a drop off receipt for UPS packages. You can also drop off USPS packages at no cost, but they cant give you a receipt.
$10 per notary stamp and $7 if you need a witness.
