They told me my power steering fluid is leaking from the rack and pinion. However, the steering is EPS so there is no fluid to leak from it. they also informed me that my engine cradle is rotting away and that they couldn't complete my alignment because of it. True, it is rotting away, but why would you tell me an electric rack and pinion is leaking fluids?

BEWARE! This place is full of con artists. They tried to scam my 65 year old mom who knew nothing about cars. She'd gone here for a simple oil change, and they'd had advised her also replace her brakes for $1200 by fear mongering that the vehicle is undrivable and a safety hazard. My mom whom was convinced the car is indeed a safety hazard nearly accepted via the phone call she received to "replace the brakes for $1200", until my husband intervened. I drove with mom to pick up her car and they were persistent with their fear mongering about the vehicle, and once I interjected and rejected their offer, we were returned with terrible rudeness. Anyhow, once oil change was complete, we received the final quote for the "dangerous brakes that required a $1200 fix". The service and product charges for this final quote included many "upgrades" which were never mentioned in the initial call to "replace brakes for $1200". Some of the many were replacing wipers for 3x the price, air filters for 3x price, replacing shocks and struts which they never tested, four wheel alignment for 3x the price, and a supposed 1 year warranty for "alignment"... Seriously, this place scams naive car illiterate people to the last PENNY. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Awesome customer service!! My car had a slow leak and I thought it needed a new tire. They checked it out and repaired the tire at no cost. With their advice and help I was able to avoid a costly tire purchase.

I really want to give Belle Tire my business because they are local and convenient and really I have used them quite a few times but honestly I don't think they are interested in retaining old customers. Do you want to get new tires? They will give you an appointment, perhaps on the same day. They will proudly tell you that tires come with free rotations and flat fixes. Now if you want to use the flat tire fixed or tire rotation service, be ready to wait! You can leave the car with them for a week and may be they will get to it. Want to make an appointment, they might have one about 5 weeks out. Basically do everything to discourage customers from using these advertised 'free' services that literally take an hour to complete. The final straw for me was when I asked for the warranty to be used to replace tires which had lost the tread after 15k instead of the advertised 40k and was instead handed an estimate of $700 for some minor problem which conveniently also voided the tire warranty. I understand that new customers are good for business but if we treat the older ones this way then eventually the word will get out and the business will suffer regardless. Take my advice and go down the street to one of the many other local tire shops that truly value their customers.
