Arrived around 10:45pm, when things start to get busy for late night munchies. I was in a line with about five cars in front of me just to order drive thru. When I finally got to place my order, the staff member taking our order was friendly and had a pleasant tone despite the flux of patrons. It did take us quite a bit to get through the line and get our food but we were entirely satisfied with our late night experience of ordering 20 sliders and appreciate White Castle’s staff for taking care of us.

I order online everytime, wait a little longer to leave each time. They still don't make my food until I'm there. This time I ordered while I was in Farmington Hills and still had to wait fifthteen minutes for food. If the online ordering meant anything it would probably be 5 stars. Great staff good food, but fix the process.

I placed an order in the evening. We had an order that included onion chips and once I got home there were no onion chips. I tried calling the establishment and left a message. No one called back. I get that it maybe busy however, it would have been nice if I received a call back. It is apart of good customer service. They received my money and I did not get the service.

If I could give no stars I would.. came up here on a trip, never had white castle, but my god I don't think I ever will again. Service; slow, food; cold, soggy, made without any meat (on 6 sandwiches), and also caused nausea due to what I assume is undercooked product. This white castle is a place I would say avoid at all costs even if it's right next to you. The bread on the sandwich was like it got dunked in a bucket of water and put in a microwave for 10 seconds.. and if that's what you consider toasted I'd shut my store down my god.. never go to this place, guaranteed disappointment. And whoever the "owner" that replies is, don't reply to this with the same old message that you've had saved for years, you need to seriously take a look at that place and rethink your business approach. You'll catch a lawsuit guaranteed.
