I went here today with my mother and aunt and we were very disappointed. It took a while to get drinks and then the server/bartender never came back. No menus, no food, no bill. My mom had to go up to the bar to pay. I was really excited to finally come here for the first time. My mom and Nana worked here and told me amazing and fun stories or how it used to be. I don’t think I’ll ever want to go back.

Decent dive bar. Good food, a few pool tables, dart boards. Friendly staff. Many times bands on the weekend. Nice deck off the back on the lake.

Been wanting to try this place forever having driven by it for 40yrs and always heard good things about it. Honestly, I was a disappointed. The onion rings were outstanding, but it was pretty much where it ended. They brought our drinks and took our order fairly quickly and then disappeared for 20-30mins I finally had to ask when our food was coming, they said it would be coming right up. 10min later it finally showed up. Sorry, but 30-40mins for 2 burgers and fries, really? They weren't busy (maybe 20 diners). My burger was supposed to be 1/3lb (and yes I understand pre-cooked weight) cooked medium, I received a well-done thin/small hockey puck. So basically we spent 90mins there and had a burger w/fries and a brew each and spent nearly $45. On top of that, they also charge above menu pricing (without telling you until you get the bill) to use a CC. Probably won't go back.
