Horrible service. Yesterday I called to get warranty information on a pump I purchase 14 months ago that is no longer working. The person on the phone said it was a 2 yr warranty. When I took the pump to the business they also confirmed that the pump had a 2 yr warranty. A Mike called me the following day stating the pump is only 1 yr warranty. Pinche Penny doesn't want to honor what I was told. This is Dishonest.

I personally stopped in the store to get their service for my pool cleaning and purchase items for my pool. The lady at the counter took-down my name and contact info. She told me the owner would have to stop by to see my pool but it would take a couple weeks. Three weeks later I called to see if he was coming. Oh, we'll have him call you. A month later I called again and was told I'm on the list. It's been over two months now, and I've heard nothing. Gee whiz, is this the way to run a business? I guess I should count my lucky stars that I don't have to deal with this incompetence.
