Brad was paid a large deposit for a large job he agreed to do for our new house. He strung us along for over a year and then said he could not do the job because he could not do shop drawings or find someone to do them. He refuses to refund the money. He referred us to his attorney who is saying he completed work which added up to the $7,000 deposit he was paid which is a complete lie. We now have no choice but to sue him for the money.
