I've read a lot for good reviews for this ammunition. I purchased 2 boxes to see for myself. WHEN the rounds fired they appear to be an excellent cartridge. BUT out of 1 box, 20 rounds, I had 5 failure to fire. That is a 25% failure rate. I have fired over 1000 rounds through my Springfield XDS Mod 2 45acp pistol and only had FTF instances with cheap ammunition. This is very scary not knowing if the round will discharge when needed. UPDATE: I have been in contact with Pilgrim Ammunition and agreed to have my gun tested and to receive additional ammo for testing. My gun did check out to be working properly. Unfortunately I have been delayed in testing this ammo because of sickness and then some other important business that needed attention. So now I am pleased to report the ammo did perform flawlessly and very satisfactorily. By the way I am in no way being compensated for this revised review other than I did receive 3 boxes of ammo for testing.
