Unfortunately I dropped my three dollar monster one step outside of the front door! I turn around and asked if I could replace it. The cashier was unsure so she asked the manager who would NOT allow me to get a new one! I understand I dropped it and people are always scamming. Since it was directly outside it was seen by multiple customers. If it happened 2 seconds sooner they would have had to replace it. Upsetting they wouldn’t Exchange something that they could’ve wrote off. I didn’t have the money to buy a new one and almost didn’t in the 1st place because of the price. I’ve never had that happen and this review could have went very differently.
