The lady at the counter said they couldnt make a sandwich because they are short staffed. There was one other lady ordering and me... That was all, they were not even the slightest bit busy. There were 2 staff members and i have seen this place run full menu several times with just 2 staff members. Plus they offered to make me a bagel with cream cheese which is literally half the order anyways so the few extra steps they didnt want to do just proved they were really just lazy... Not short staffed. No excuse

This company has stolen us from Starbucks. The staff here is so nice. Always prompt and fast service.

They all have masks on. They do not accept you to hand things back to them besides money. They don't use personal cups, and they all have gloves on. There is multiple plastic shields for extra employee to customer and vice versa protection. BUT don't worry, the plastic does not block the amazing smell of coffee!
