My grandma went to see Dr. Bartels because she was not hearing well on one of her ears. Dr. Bartels performed surgery on her and now she is deaf on that ear. Dr. Bartels took advantage of my grandma, who cannot speak English well. When she went for her follow up Dr. Bartels just said, "see you in one year." I would never recommend him to anyone.

I wasn' t aware of an office being in Westchase. He is located at the Dr.s offices at Tampa General Hospital.
