Front desk staff very unwelcoming. No eye contact, no smile, no greeting. This is unacceptable for an office that charges premium cash (ie: no insurance) only prices. Speaking of insurance, they code every visit as a “screening” which insurance doesn’t reimburse for. Dr. Berger was nice enough; however, everything he said felt like a canned response from his arsenal of responses. After spending $1600 within 2 visits, I don’t feel like we received any answers and feel taken advantage of. And to charge an additional $40 to have my husband on FaceTime on top of a $500 appt fee to review lab work left a bad taste in my mouth. Very disappointed as this office came highly recommended.

Fantastic Experience. I could not recommend them more highly.

Our family has been patients at Wholistic Pediatrics and Family Care for 3.5 years. From the front desk team, to the providers, Kimmie in the lab, Lorraine administering vaccines etc everyone is warm, welcoming, and accomodating. We primarily see Patsy the NP, but have also seen Ethan the PA, and Dr.David Berger. They're all the best of the best; patient, excellent interactions with the kiddos, listen and respect parent input, but also very thorough. We've always left feeling confident in their professional judgement and opinion on the health and needs of our little ones. It's a great feeling to have a pediatrician you can trust and that you know cares about the wellness of your family. We look forward to remaining with this practice for years to come.

Hello Jasmine- thank you for reaching out. At this time our practice is not contracted with any insurance company. Please feel free to contact us for additional information.
They do see adults as well as children.
Yes they do
Depending on the specific instances, sometimes you can take the receipts and directly submit them to the insurance company yourself (especially if there are specific treatments versus normal visits). You may want to consult your insurance company representative for more options. Don't let the bureaucracy hinder you from seeking great care and great doctors. One of the reasons they can do great work is that they have less chains.
